Google brings Search Console Data (Google Webmaster) to Third Party Platforms

Google’s Martin Splitt accepted on YouTube video that Google is bringing Search Console (previously Google Webmaster) data to the third party content platforms.

He says,

There will literally be an API to integrate the data from Search Console

We are working on ways of integrating external parties and external content providers and platforms to get the data that we are collecting already for search console.

We don’t want to have to specifically go into Search Console and now they deal with the interface they’re used to and then deal with something new.

That’s why we are bringing the data into these platforms and eventually, hopefully, once we have gathered enough information to understand how the data is used, and what data is necessary and meaningful to external parties – we will open these interfaces.
